Our model is designed to deliver precise, impactful and sustainable school improvement to our member schools. We strive to ensure that we provide an environment whereby all young people and their families are known, valued and cared for as individuals in all of our schools.

Our approach to school improvement has been shaped by:

We have developed an adapted version of the ‘The Conceptual Model’ (Rollett, 2024) of school improvement with our schools. Like The Conceptual Model, our school improvement model isn’t designed to specify what a school needs to improve, it outlines the process that needs to be undertaken to improve it. This enables the model to be applied to any school, no matter the context or challenges. This ensures that our process aligns with our vision that: we work collaboratively to celebrate and nurture both the similarities and distinctiveness of each schools’ individual ethos and values.
